Terms of Service

Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite, what they do in your workspace, and keeping sign-in details safe.

Your data and your messages

Your data stays yours. You give us the rights we need to host and process it to run the service.

You are responsible for having the right to contact the people you message: consent for marketing email, SMS, WhatsApp and calls, honouring opt-outs, and the rules of each channel (anti-spam laws, TCPA, 10DLC registration, WhatsApp and Meta policies). OmniMark provides tools for this (consent records, opt-out handling, quiet hours), but you decide whom you contact.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive or harmful use; no spam; no malware; no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service; no use that breaks the terms of connected platforms. We may suspend a workspace to stop serious harm or a legal breach.

AI features

AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for what you send, including replies sent automatically by the AI Employee. Use approval mode and guardrails where accuracy matters.

Plans, payments and the wallet

Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal. Usage such as SMS, WhatsApp and calls is paid from a prepaid wallet; wallet credit is used at the prices shown in the app. Taxes are added where they apply. Prices can change with notice before your next renewal. Refunds and cancellation are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Agencies and white-label

Agencies that resell OmniMark to their clients are responsible for their clients' use and for the prices they set; these terms still apply to the client workspaces.

Third-party services

Connections to other services (social networks, Google, Microsoft, payment providers, telecom carriers) are governed by their own terms; we aren't responsible for their availability or decisions, such as an account review or a blocked message.

Ending the service

You can cancel or delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We can end the agreement for a serious breach. You can export your data until the workspace is erased.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and each side's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we will give notice of material changes before they apply. Contact: privacy@omnimarkpro.com.
