Sub-processors

Companies that process personal data for OmniMark to provide the service. Some are used only when you turn on the related feature.

Current list

Neon — Main database (PostgreSQL) and its backups. Data: All workspace data. Location: USA (AWS US-West); an EU region is planned.

Render — Application servers and background jobs. Data: All workspace data in transit and in memory. Location: USA (Oregon).

Vercel — Hosting of the web app and website, custom domains. Data: Pages, request logs (IP address, browser). Location: Global edge network.

Upstash / Redis — Short-lived cache, rate limits and job queues. Data: Temporary copies of job data. Location: USA.

Amazon Web Services (S3) — File storage (uploads, media, exports). Data: Files you upload or generate. Location: USA / EU.

Backup storage (Backblaze B2) — Encrypted nightly database backups, kept up to 6 months. Data: All workspace data, encrypted. Location: USA.

GitHub — Runs the nightly backup job. Data: Encrypted backups in transit. Location: USA.

Stripe — Card payments, subscriptions, invoices; payments for agencies' clients. Data: Billing contact, payment details. Location: USA / EU.

Razorpay — Payments in India (INR), subscriptions, payouts. Data: Billing contact, payment details. Location: India.

SendGrid (Twilio) / Resend — Sending email (product email and the campaigns you send). Data: Recipient addresses, email content. Location: USA.

Twilio — SMS, phone calls, call recordings and transcription. Data: Phone numbers, message and call content. Location: USA.

Meta Platforms — WhatsApp Business messaging; Facebook / Instagram publishing and inbox (when you connect them). Data: Messages, phone numbers, page content. Location: USA / EU.

OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini), Mistral, Groq, Together AI, OpenRouter, Perplexity — AI features (writing, replies, AI Employee, analysis). Only the provider(s) your workspace uses receive data. Data: The content an AI feature needs. Location: USA / EU.

ElevenLabs, Deepgram — Voice generation and speech-to-text for AI calls and recordings. Data: Audio and transcripts. Location: USA.

Google, Microsoft — Calendar, Gmail / Outlook and Google Business connections you choose to make. Data: Calendar events, email metadata, reviews. Location: USA / EU.

LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, TikTok and other social networks — Publishing and inbox for the social accounts you connect. Data: Posts, comments, messages and profile details of the accounts you connect. Location: USA / EU.

PostHog — Product analytics — only after a user accepts analytics. Data: Usage events, pseudonymous user id. Location: USA / EU.

Sentry — Error monitoring. Data: Error reports (may include IP address and user id). Location: USA.
