Migrate from HubSpot to OmniMark in 60 minutes

This guide walks you through migrating an active HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro account to OmniMark in under an hour, preserving every contact property, deal stage, sequence enrollment, and email engagement record.
1. Export HubSpot contacts + deals
In HubSpot, go to Settings → Import & Export → Export. Choose Contacts and Deals (separate exports). Format: CSV.
Confirm field names match what OmniMark expects: email, first_name, last_name, company, title, lifecycle_stage, lead_score, deal_amount, deal_stage, deal_close_date.
2. Map properties to OmniMark custom fields
OmniMark ships with 40+ standard contact fields. For HubSpot custom properties, create matching custom fields in /admin/custom-fields before importing. The CSV wizard auto-maps by header name.
3. Run the CSV import
Settings → CRM → Import → upload contacts.csv. The wizard previews rows + lets you remap fields. Deals follow the same flow.
4. Re-create sequences
